Directions to the Clay Studio inside the Pajama Factory:
Please arrive at the Pajama Factory smokestack parking lot at 602 Cemetery Street.
Enter through the doors at the far right side of the building (as you’re facing it), and take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
Once you exit the elevator, it’s a straightforward path. Just turn right, and continue down the hallway without making any sharp turns.
Keep going straight until you reach a sizeable green freight elevator door. Go around it, either to the right or left and continue straight until you reach the end of the building.
The Clay Studio is the last door on the right, room 10-226.
Make your own pair of Clay Doodledoo roosters!
Unleash your inner artist
On Sunday, October 5, from 9am – noon, transform a simple slab of clay into a colorful feathered friend that will strut its stuff on your desk or shelf. Let your imagination take flight as you mold and shape your rooster, giving it personality and flair with every stroke of your fingers.
This three-hour workshop will include the instruction and materials necessary to complete your clay doodledoos with distinct personalities. Each participant will design and construct two rooster figures approximately 8 inches tall. Â
Whether you’re a seasoned sculptor or a first-time crafter, making your own clay doodledoo rooster is a clucking good time. All ages are welcome to register. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Skill Level: Beginner/Novice
Be prepared to get messy! All supplies are provided.
Students will be able to pick up their items 2-3 weeks after class. Pick-up arrangements will be discussed at the workshop.
