Enjoy special coffee from a special mug
Join us on Friday, October 24, from 6pm to 8pm, for an exciting opportunity to transform a simple slab of clay into your very own coffee mug. Factory Works Clay Studio is thrilled to partner with Sweetspire Coffee and Bakery for their grand opening festivities.
This two-hour workshop invites you to craft a unique coffee or tea mug while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of the grand opening. We will provide all the instruction and materials you need to create your masterpiece, including options to add texture and personal decorations.
After crafting, you will choose a glaze that our Clay Studio volunteers will apply following the first firing. You’ll be able to pick up your beautifully glazed and fired mug at Sweetspire in mid-November. This workshop is open to all ages, but please note that children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Skill Level: Beginner/Novice
Be prepared to get messy! All supplies are provided.
Students will be able to pick up their items in mid-November at Sweetspire. Pick-up arrangements will be discussed at the workshop.
