Personalize Your Garden with Your Very Own Creations
This 4-week class will focus on making art for your garden. You will design, create, and glaze up to three decorative items for your garden. Final creations can include:
- Bird House or Feeder
- Pair of Garden Gnomes, Turtles, or Claydoodledoos
- Wind Chimes
- Mushrooms
This beginner-friendly handbuilding course is designed for adults who have little to no prior experience working with clay.
Be prepared to get messy. Wear comfortable clothing. Some clays and glazes will stain. All tools, supplies, and clay will be provided.
Directions to the Clay Studio inside the Pajama Factory:
Please arrive at the Pajama Factory smokestack parking lot at 602 Cemetery Street. Enter through the doors at the far right side of the building (as you’re facing it), and take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
Once you exit the elevator, it’s a straightforward path. Just turn right, and continue down the hallway without making any sharp turns.
Keep going straight until you reach a sizeable green freight elevator door. Go around it, either to the right or left and continue straight until you reach the end of the building.
The Clay Studio is the last door on the right, room 10-226.
